Project Manager (gn) Digital Transformation*

The position is to be filled by March 1, 2025, with a contract duration of two years. At the end of the initial two-year contractual period, there are good prospects for a prolongation. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany. 

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team of current Project Managers and lead transformative initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating diverse projects that deliver real impact. As part of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our projects forward. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

1. Together with your Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of the project, always keeping an eye on budget, scope and timeline to ensure efficient delivery
2. You're familiar with terms such as Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report and Source-to-Pay - some of the key processes in the finance and accounting landscape
3. You are excited about managing the migration of core business processes to an SAP S/4 HANA environment
4. You know how to work closely with regional stakeholders to align strategic objectives and build strong relationships
5. You will be able to manage the selection, deployment and integration of IT solutions, ensuring that they are in line with project objectives and organizational standards

1. A University or College degree in a relevant field and strong experience in project management
2. Experience in agile project management is desirable, relevant project management certifications (PMP/PMI/IPMA) are ideal
3. Relevant experience in standardization and optimization of core business processes
4. You are a self-starter and see yourself as a go-getter with enthusiasm for digital change
5. You are a team player and you are not put off by resistance in the context of change processes
6. You have strong communication skills and poise
7. Our team is international and works with colleagues and service providers worldwide - intercultural empathy is what sets you apart, fluent English comes naturally to you, French and/or German are a plus
