This is a role of a multi-talented person who will be acting as host for guests and an administrative and operations assistant to the team. Given the multitude of tasks in the team, this role has ample space for development in the areas of communications, general operations assistance, or support in event production.
Role and Responsibilities
- Communication and hospitality - acting as first point of contact for visitors and clients: Taking calls, meeting and greeting guests, setting up meeting rooms, providing refreshments, etc.
- Support in daily administrative tasks, such as managing diaries, support in preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings
- Office management, such as managing office supplies, itineraries and logistics, managing expenses of team
- Assistance in operational matters for the site such as key management for the site, contact point for cleaning staff and facility management
- General organisation, admin and logistics support.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant training and experience in professional environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive solution-oriented attitude
- Able to work independently and see what needs to be done
- Enjoy cocreating in a small team of committed people, dedicated to high quality work
- Good organisational skills, initiative, and a quick grasp of things

- Absolute trustworthiness, discretion and loyalty
- Very good knowledge of the German and English languages, both written and spoken.
