Marketing Manager (gn) DACH

At Instagrid you are part pf the clean-tech revolution by shaping our Instagrid brand and spreading awareness for our purpose to liberate clean energy now. Making it possible for professional workers worldwide to replace combustion generators and experience a safe, efficient, clean and silent energy solution.

1. You develop, coordinate, and execute localized marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with the Instagrid brand
2. Therefore, you collect market insights and data within key industries to shape and inform localized content and campaigns 
3. You identify and leverage local marketing channels to enhance market awareness and generate leads through online and offline campaigns
4. You transform product positioning into compelling marketing messages
5. You manage, create and adapt engaging, market-specific content across various formats, including social media, email marketing, customer case studies, PR articles, and trade fair materials.
6. You ensure the availability of localized sales support materials, including brochures, sales decks, and other collateral
7. You organize and participate in trade fairs and exhibitions
8. You manage the local marketing initiatives and budgets, and analyze the performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives

1. Bachelor in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, supported by a proven track record
3. Experience in one of our verticals, such as construction or film&media, is a must
4. Experience with marketing automation platforms, tools and content management systems
5. Familiarity with social media management and understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and data analytics
6. Flexible, positive attitude with entrepreneurial hands-on drive and growth-driven spirit.
7. Strong communication and influencing skills.
8. German native is a must as well as good proficiency in English.
