Reintegration Economy Country Ambassador (gn)

Since 2018, 100% of Almo Nature has been donated to Fondazione Capellino, a no profit body with the purpose of the safeguard of biodiversity and the biosphere, thus creating an economical model called Reintegration Economy: a system that gives back to nature what production takes away.

The Reintegration Economy takes place whenever corporate profits, public funds and individual contributions are returned to support biodiversity. In Almo Nature and Fondazione Capellino, we are already putting this into practice.

Within this ecosystem, human beings become custodians. Human work at Almo Nature is seen as an act of responsibility: you will work to generate value, which is reintegrated into the lives of all other living species.

Almo Nature is a commercial brand but, above all, it is a tool at the service of biodiversity.

We are seeking a passionate person to be the Reintegration Economy Country Ambassador in Germany, helping us to share our mission and engage our audience in meaningful ways.

You will be responsible for fostering relationships between the Reintegration Economy model and other environmental and animal welfare associations, as well as with organizations that, from time to time, take part in initiatives aimed at supporting ideas and movements focused on the protection of biodiversity in your country.

You will be part of a European team of Ambassadors operating in the following countries:

• United Kingdom

• Netherlands

• Belgium

• France

• Germany

• Spain

• Italy

The team will have two coordinators and will meet approximately once a month, rotating among the countries where activities are carried out, in order to exchange experiences in person as well and to decide on initiatives which, except in special cases, will be European in scope, meaning shared across all the countries listed above.

The Ambassador team will work in close alignment and coordination with all other Communication teams, with the aim of creating all the necessary synergies to achieve the shared objective. Reaching this goal will require a network of individual supporters united by common values and, within each person’s possibilities, also expressed through strictly peaceful forms of activism.

Your profile:

1. Create and manage a community around the principles of the Reintegration Economy.
2. Pragmatic approach grounded in strong values, able to combine vision with practical action.
3. Strong contextual awareness and political sensitivity, with the ability to anticipate emerging issues.
4. Proven public speaking and writing skills.
5. Genuine empathy and strong emotional connection to the cause and to the needs of the audience (environmental and animal rights organizations and individuals), to inspire engagement and commitment.
6. Strong organizational and logistical coordination skills for mobilizing and guiding the community.
7. Deep dedication and personal commitment: effective activism requires passion and mission-driven effort beyond standard professional responsibilities.
8. Experience volunteering in environmental, animal welfare, climate, or related causes.
9. At least ten years of proven professional experience.
10. Willingness to travel, approximately 50% of the time.
