Tech skills are needed both at home and at work, but digital education is still not accessible to everyone and the digital industry is struggling to secure diverse and inclusive talent. ReDI School of Digital Integration is a non-profit school providing access to free digital education to newcomers and marginalised communities in order to accelerate their integration into the job market. In addition to the courses, our learners have access to tailored career support services such as mentorship, career workshops, company visits, job matching and access to a big network of socially-committed tech professionals.
All of our teachers, trainers and mentors are professionals that work in the tech industry and that volunteers their time, skills and experience to help others.

Bewerbungsprozess

2. Your application will be screened by the ReDI team and HR manager (2-3 weeks)
3. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a first in-person interview (2 weeks)
4. Successful candidates will be invited to resolve a 1-hour challenge and present it in a second in-person interview (2 weeks)
5. Offer will be communicated to selected candidate (1 week)
