Our typical recruitment process may vary slightly by position and is outlined below. The interview structure will give you the opportunity to meet with various team members and learn more about Open Society.  The process generally takes around 12 weeks from the date the position is posted. At times, the process may take longer and we appreciate your patience!

• If you see a position that interests you, please apply via Workday.
• All applications are reviewed after the posting deadline. If you are shortlisted, you will be contacted by a member of the recruitment team for a preliminary phone interview.
• If you are successful, you will interview with members of the program or department either in-person at our offices or via video conference.
• The most promising candidates will be asked to complete an assessment that gauges the skills most relevant to the position.
• The final interview typically involves other team members, and may involve staff from other departments.
