We develop innovative electronic control units for electric vehicles for our global customers. Our international team is composed of highly motivated and exceptional engineers.

Our office with adjacent prototype and testing lab is located in the heart of Munich at the Heimeranplatz.
Step 1: CV Screening
We start our application process with a general screening of your application documents.
Step 2: Coding Test / Technical Questionnaire / Case Study
For certain technical (Software/Hardware/Testing) positions you can prove your skills in either a Coding Test, Technical Questionnaire or Case Study.
Step 3: HR & Technical Interview
We would like to get to know you better and find out more about your motivation and mindset. You will also talk to the responsible Department Lead and dive deeper into technical/job-specific topics.
Step 4: Onsite Interview with part of our Management
You will have the opportunity to meet members of our management team in the final interview as well as someone from the team.
Step 5: Final Feedback to your onsite interview
After the interview you will get the final feedback - best case: a job offer :).
