The Tactical Technology Collective

Tactical Tech is an international NGO, with an office in Berlin, which works globally to raise awareness, find solutions and build capacity to address the critical and political role of data, information and technology in shaping our societies.

Our vision is a world where digital technologies can contribute to a more equitable, democratic and sustainable society. To enable this change, we investigate how digital technologies impact society and individual autonomy, using our findings to create practical solutions for citizens and civil society actors.

Our approach is practical and our work focuses on how this impacts power structures, public and private accountability, human rights and social justice.

We are an international, dynamic team of about 30 people and this new role is crucial to support the efficiency of the organisation's operations function as well as day to day work in the office.
