Facilitator & Project Coordinator (gn) 

In order to drive our work at Unity Effect forward, we are currently looking for a facilitator and project coordinator to start with us between January and March 2023. As part of our core team, you will work with us to continuously expand and deepen our workshop portfolio around collaborative leadership and teamwork, (digital) facilitation and regenerative impact. You will lead online and in person workshops and support us in expanding our client base and network of partners.

• Supporting the acquisition of projects with existing and new customers 
• Leading and supporting the delivery of client projects and facilitating interactive, capacity-building workshops for teams and leaders, both online and in person. Some of our workshop topics include: purpose and values based leadership, building trust and psychological safety in teams, giving and receiving feedback, decision making in teams and more. 
• Supporting internal and administrative tasks and further internal development of Unity Effect 
• Background research and conceptual work to consolidate our knowledge and experience 
• Supporting the strategic development of Unity Effect 
• Based on interest and further need: supporting the delivery of client projects around digital facilitation and regenerative impact evaluation

• Conceptual, analytical and practical approach to teamwork and leadership development, with knowledge (and ideally some work experience) in the areas of collaborative leadership, self-organising teamwork and systems thinking and/or e.g. a background in business psychology 
• Experience, confidence and enjoyment in designing, preparing and leading interactive workshops (online and in person) for teams and leaders using participatory facilitation methods. 
• Passion to listen to and connect with people, capacity to work with diverse groups and inspire change 
• High level of personal responsibility and organisational skills, with a structured and solution-oriented working style 
• Very good communication skills and confidence in communicating directly with our existing and new clients, as well as competence in strategic sales and enjoyment in taking up responsibility for sales and business partnerships (B2B) 
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite (C1), German, Spanish and/or French are an advantage

This is a full-time position (32-40 hours per week). Remote work from any location in Germany. Starting date January - March 2023. The position is limited to 12 months, with the prospect of a permanent position from 2024 onwards.
