The interview structure will give you the opportunity to meet with various team members and learn more about Open Society. - If you see a position that interests you, please apply via Workday.
- All applications are reviewed after the posting deadline. If you are shortlisted, you will be contacted by a member of the recruitment team for a preliminary phone interview.
- If you are successful, you will interview with members of the program or department either in-person at our offices or via video conference.
- The most promising candidates will be asked to complete an assessment that gauges the skills most relevant to the position.
- The final interview typically involves other team members, and may involve staff from other departments.
