The future is our motivation. We design and develop products and services that enable a smooth and seamless transition to more sustainable and greener energy. We offer scoring and smart suggestions to find functioning charging stations, charging solutions tailored to specific needs, clear dashboards, reliable POI data, and much more. Thanks to an easy integration and more control over the charging experience, our partners can expect an improved customer satisfaction rate, a better overview of the customer journey, and a quick integration into Android and iOS devices.
Is this everything? Definitely not. We want to play a role in the energy transition, and we steadily develop solutions outside the EV world too.

Umwelt schützen
Wir tragen zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung der Verkehrswende bei und setzen auf innovative, emissionsarme Beförderungskonzepte.
Wir verabschieden uns von konventionellen Energieträgern wie Erdgas, Kohle, Öl und Kernbrennstoffen und unterstützen alle Formen der regenerativen Energien. So wollen wir einen Beitrag zu einer dezentralen, klimafreundlichen und modernen Energie- und Wärmeversorgung leisten.

First interview (45 min): In the first interview, you will meet three people (one colleague from People & Culture and two of your potential direct colleagues). The goal of this interview is getting-to-know each other and aligning expectations from both ends to get a feeling if this would be a good fit for both sides.
Pair-programming (1,5 h): This session is more hands-on and you would dive into a technical challenge in a pair-programming setting with two of your potential colleagues. Getting an idea of your technical skills is, of course, one aspect but most important for us here is to understand how you approach a topic and if you all collaborate well.
Meet-the-team (1 h): In this last step, we want to introduce you to a few other people who you would be working with, so you get a good image of our team in total. Here, we will only focus on more cultural topics.
