We offer scoring and smart suggestions to find functioning charging stations, charging solutions tailored to specific needs, clear dashboards, reliable POI data, and much more. Thanks to an easy integration and more control over the charging experience, our partners can expect an improved customer satisfaction rate, a better overview of the customer journey, and a quick integration into Android and iOS devices.

Application screening: Our People & Culture team screens all applications in collaboration with the teams.

First interview (45 min): In the first interview, you will meet three people (one colleague from People & Culture and two of your potential direct colleagues). The goal of this interview is getting-to-know each other and aligning expectations from both ends to get a feeling if this would be a good fit for both sides. 

Pair-programming (1,5 h): This session is more hands-on and you would dive into a technical challenge in a pair-programming setting with two of your potential colleagues. Getting an idea of your technical skills is, of course, one aspect but most important for us here is to understand how you approach a topic and if you all collaborate well. 

Meet-the-team (1 h): In this last step, we want to introduce you to a few other people who you would be working with, so you get a good image of our team in total. Here, we will only focus on more cultural topics.
