The Organization
The Hasso Plattner Foundation aims to accelerate the adoption of digital technologies through science and education, improve access to art and culture, and support environmental conservation. Hasso Plattner is one of the founders of SAP, an enterprise software company, and has been Chairman of its Supervisory Board since 2003. In 1998, Hasso Plattner founded the Hasso Plattner Institute for Digital Engineering (HPI), marking his first significant philanthropic contribution. After signing the Giving Pledge (initiated by Bill and Melinda Gates and Warren Buffet), he established the foundation in 2015. The Hasso Plattner Foundation’s main office is in Potsdam, Germany, with additional offices in San Francisco, USA, and Cape Town, South Africa.
Position
To strengthen our Investment Office & Controlling team in Potsdam, we are now looking for you as our new team assistant (m, f, x). Your support will be essential in our quest to fulfill our vision for a more sustainable world. Aufgaben
Major Tasks
- Calendar management as well as planning and organization of internal/external meetings, workshops, events
- Support in organizing the recruiting process
- Travel management, including travel and expense reporting
- Project support, especially in the areas of investment & investment controlling
- Creation of presentation documents, lectures
- Document and deadline management
Anforderungen
Required Background, Competencies & Skills
- Proven experience working as an assistant, preferably in an international company
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree related to office management, economics, or related field is preferred.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Loyalty and discretion
- Distinctive service orientation
