(Senior) Key Account Manager (gn)
we want to take everdrop to the next level. In doing so, you will be a supporting part of our mission to inspire people to opt for sustainable cleaning agents in their everyday life.
Aufgaben
Your tasks
- You will be the first point of contact for our existing accounts and responsible for supporting and deepening our business relationships.
- You will open new retail sales channels for our entire product portfolio.
- In addition to acquiring new customers, you will also take care of upselling measures for existing accounts.
- You will share your knowledge within the team, support our Head of Sales and take our sales actions to the next level, using your previous experiences.
- You will be our operational support in the expansion of our sales systems and processes, regarding the current internationalization.
- Together with us, you will oversee developing solutions to optimize the availability and visibility of our products in the various accounts.
Anforderungen
Your profile

Even more than qualifications on paper we value passion about sustainability and the motivation to make the world a little cleaner with us. That's why we're looking for new colleagues with drive, a proactive approach and a hands-on mentality - and of course a healthy dose of humour.
- You already have 4 to 5 years of sales experience, especially in FMCG key account management and in retail (drugstore/food retail).
- You are characterized by your communication skills, empathy, and good feeling for potential customers.
- You work independently and proactively.
- Ideally you already have first experiences in leading small teams.
- Previous work experience in a start-up / high-growth environment is an advantage.
- You do not care if a lead is warm or cold.
- You are highly customer-oriented and enjoy supporting existing partners.
- You enjoy creativity and innovation.
- You are fluent in German and English (C1 level). Other languages are an advantage.
