Project Manager Sustainable Digitalisation (gn)

As a result of successful project acquisitions, we are now looking for a Project Manager to enhance our Innovation With Purpose (IWP) Team to follow the mission of driving change towards sustainability in business and leveraging innovative business models, eco-innovation, digitalisation and entrepreneurship to support a good life.

Are you an ideally native German speaker that is fluent in English and interested in working to support mainstreaming sustainability? Are you a digital native, keen to link sustainability and digitalisation on national and international level?

A key focus will be the (co-)management of public and private projects that deal with the mainstreaming and up-scaling of sustainability and sustainable innovations through digitalisation. You will work with senior CSCP staff and will exchange with established (social) businesses, start-ups and public officials alike. The role also requires the identification of new opportunities for acquisition as well as active engagement in acquisition processes.

• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in the sustainability and/or digitalisation realm
• Native German and fluent English speaker (the CSCP working language is English)
• Master or equivalent in areas related to the above
• Solid experience of working with businesses
• Proven project management skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• Strong capacity for systems thinking and development of innovative, cross-sectorial solutions and collaborative approaches
• Ability to deal with multiple changing requirements and to work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using word processing and presentation software
