Head of Finance & Administration (gn)

Every day we experience that practicing yoga, mindfulness and meditation helps to find more joy in life and to feel better physically and mentally. We work on this as a whole company and constantly improve our offer in the online yoga studio and in the academy. 

As a growing company with currently 40 employees, we are looking for a committed Head of Finance & Administration to start in July 2023 or sooner.

As part of the team you bring your expertise to the table while having a good and pragmatic understanding of business decisions. The position is permanent and part-time with 20 hours per week.

• You will take charge of planning Yoga Easy's financial future with a clear vision and strategic direction in collaboration with the management team
  
• You are responsible for the detailed revenue planning for our different subscriptions as well as for the calculation of marketing KPIs
  
• You are the contact person for our subsidiary in other European countries and observe the sales development there in particular
  
• Team lead for Administration (Finance / HR / Office Management)
  
• Further development and management of a modern and flexible finance department
• Preparation of the annual budget and regular forecasts
• Reporting and updates for the shareholders
  
• You independently develop financial analyses, key performance indicators and reports
  

• Experience in strategic financial topics in line with multilingual digital companies
  
• You have an academic education and/ or many years of professional experience,with leadership responsibility
  
• You are a very good communicator and can relate to different stakeholders
  
• You have also gained expertise on an international level (European area) 
  
• You work in an agile, highly professional and pragmatic way, as it is necessary in the digital environment
  
• German and English language skills (business fluent)
