Aufgaben
Your opportunity
You don’t have to be an impact finance wizard to fill out this role. Our future Operations Associate will be supporting our Operations Team in optimizing our internal operations for the next growth step of our company. She/he/they will have experience in controlling but be interested in and open to developing in other areas. Our new team member will fill an exciting role that includes the following responsibilities:
- Contribute to optimizing our operations, especially in the field of controlling
- Support the development of forecasting and reporting standards
- Assist the project teams in reporting and planning activities
- Substituting and supporting while a part-time team member will be on parental leave with the following responsibilities:
o Process optimization
o System maintenance (CRM and time tracking tool)
o HR: Hiring, onboarding, training & development
o IT-related tasks
- Other tasks depending on your personal potential and interests
Anforderungen
Could this be you?
What you should bring:
- Passion for making finance work for positive impact and for becoming an integral part of our vision and team
- A degree in business/accounting or equivalent training/experience/life experience
- At least 2 years of relevant professional working experience in the field of controlling
- Excellent knowledge of Excel paired with a great analytical skill set and attention to detail
- Curiosity, drive, and confidence in working in a diverse cultural context as well as teamwork skills
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
- Ability to adapt to and work around any unexpected changes in circumstances
- Knowledge of Datev and Excel Power Query is a plus
