Aufgaben

The role includes

The Accounts Receivable Accountant will have impact through:

  • Overseeing and operating all Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing and dunning processes;
  • Establishing and monitoring Accounts Receivable KPIs, whilst investigating solutions to remove bottlenecks;
  • Increasing the scalability and efficiency of our Accounts Receivable processes through implementing automation and process optimisation;
  • Developing communication and information sharing structures and processes that enable our Account Managers to more effectively serve their clients

Anforderungen

The successful candidate should have

  • Experience working with end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes 
  • Experience operating within a fast-growing organisation where processes are evolving 
  • Familiarity with standard accounting system (preferably DATEV)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Professional written and spoken fluency in English and German
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship building, negotiation and professionalism
  • Prior experience in using CRM tools is a plus.
